Returns & Refunds Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

IMPORTANT: All purchases and subscription payments made through GohanBot are final. Once a payment is processed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have reviewed the service description and understand what is included
  • You have tested the Free tier or reviewed the feature list before purchasing
  • You understand that subscription services are provided immediately upon payment
  • No refunds will be issued regardless of usage or satisfaction

2. Subscription Services

GohanBot offers digital subscription services with the following terms:

2.1 Immediate Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to all features included in your subscription tier. Because our services are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all subscription payments are non-refundable.

2.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. However:

  • Cancellation stops future billing only
  • No refunds for the current billing period
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period
  • No partial refunds for unused time

3. Payment Methods

This no-refund policy applies to all payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Processed through Stripe - all transactions final
  • Cryptocurrency: USDC payments via x402 protocol - blockchain transactions are irreversible
  • Referral Credits: Discounts applied do not create refundable balances

4. Exceptions

While our policy is strict, we may consider exceptions only in the following rare circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors
  • Fraudulent transactions (must be reported within 48 hours)

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us is a violation of these terms. If you dispute a charge:

  • Your account may be immediately suspended
  • You may be banned from using our services permanently
  • We reserve the right to contest the dispute and provide evidence of service delivery
  • Additional fees may be charged for dispute resolution

6. Service Level Agreement

GohanBot provides services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service interruptions do not qualify for refunds.

7. Feature Changes

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from any subscription tier at any time. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund, even if a feature you relied upon is removed or changed.
